Lee Wachter is President and Founder of Interactive Ingenuity, LLC. He is a creative, innovative leader who assists organizations achieve business goals. He focuses on driving revenue, empowering people, improving operations, and applying technology to create competitive advantage.
Lee applies expertise honed over twenty-five years of consulting and IT leadership at Fortune 500 companies such as Pepsi-Cola, Citibank POS, Olympus America, Diageo, Cendant (now Affinion), PriceWaterhouseCoopers and CSC Index. These experiences provided him with insights into the consumer product, information services, consulting, membership and loyalty, supply chain, logistics and financial industries.
Lee has applied innovation while leading an effort to re-engineer a $1.5 billion company, managing 17 web sites for a company that supported 21 million memberships, building community web sites for advertising agencies and trade-associations, and streamlining internal operations resulting in annual savings of 30% or $17 million.
Today he enjoys working with companies to identify their true value proposition and assisting leadership teams apply technologies to achieve goals and objectives.
Lee has two daughters living in NYC. He is an avid guitarist and guitar collector, and has completed several triathlons. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from Syracuse. He has been featured in CIO Magazine, presented at IBM seminars, served on the Board of a non-profit organization and the Advisory Board of an emerging technology company.
